By scheduling an appointment with Alexandria Lettman and/or booking a service through http://www.jupiterjewel.com, I hereby agree to the following terms & conditions:
- You are 18 years or older or have consent from your legal guardian.
- A lot of energy is required on Alexandria’s behalf to hold your session. In the event that she cannot show up to the best of her ability, you agree to allowing the session to be rescheduled at least 1 time before requesting a refund.
- Payment must be made before your session.
- Alexandria has a right to refuse service and can refund you at any time before your session. If during a session Alexandria is made to feel uncomfortable, she has a right to terminate your session without a refund.
- If you for any reason cannot make your session, or if you have provided inaccurate information in your booking details, you must notify Alexandria at contact@jupiterjewel.com at least 1 day prior to your session.
- Booking reschedules must be made at least 1 day prior to your session, otherwise it counts as a cancellation.
- If you are over 10 minutes late to your session, your session will be cancelled.
- Due to the pre-session work that Alexandria conducts immediately after your booking, refunds are not permitted upon cancellation. However, you are entitled to reschedule your session up to 2 times after cancellation on a date agreed between you and Alexandria.
- All sessions, astrology readings, and information obtained on http://www.jupiterjewel.com, http://www.patreon.com/jupiterjewel, and Jupiter Jewel’s social media platforms are at the clients discretion to use. While Alexandria will always work to provide a safe space for open and insightful discussions, she is not a certified therapist, legal advisor, or medical practitioner and her guidance should not be used to replace professional advice and/or counsel. Alexandria is not responsible for your after-care or your decisions and actions, post-session. It is solely your responsibility to take what you need from your session and all other content produced by Alexandria Lettman and Jupiter Jewel.
- All information shared during your session will be kept confidential, allowing you to discuss sensitive and personal subjects in a safe atmosphere. Personal information that you provide before and during your session may be stored securely for private study but will not be shared elsewhere.
- All sessions are recorded for your use. You may wish to download these recordings as they will be deleted by Alexandria after being sent.
- By agreeing to these terms you are consenting to opt in to the Jupiter Jewel mail list.
- You have had and have taken every chance to ask questions before your session. You are booking and have chosen to enter this terms of service agreement of your own free will.
- You have ready and understood our Privacy Policy.
